🔁 Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

🔄 Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used on any future Kidooza purchase.


🔃 Exchanges

Prefer a different item? You can use your store credit to select another product from our collection.


💳 Refunds for Faulty or Defective Items

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive faulty or defective.

  • If you receive a defective item, please submit a return request as soon as possible.

  • Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • This applies only to the product itself, not to any damage to the outer packaging.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


⚠️ Dispute / Chargeback Policy

At Kidooza, we’re dedicated to creating a smooth shopping experience. While delivery delays are rare, they can happen due to customs or courier issues.

If you believe your order is delayed:

  • Please contact our support team first. We’re here to assist and offer solutions, including refunds or replacement options.

Please do not file a chargeback with your bank without first reaching out. Doing so delays the process and may lock your case for several weeks or months, during which we cannot assist or issue a refund.


📦 Lost or Stolen Orders

Kidooza cannot take responsibility for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier. We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen afterward.
